Privacy Rights

State privacy regulations may give residents certain rights concerning personal information collected by us. These include the rights to access personal information, to delete and correct certain information, and to opt out of the sale of your personal information to third parties or the sharing or use of personal information for targeted advertising.

Submit a new Privacy request online or via telephone


If you are a customer or former customer, you can submit privacy requests including access to personal information, correction or deletion of personal information, designation of a 3rd party to act for you or appeals of privacy requests that have been denied through Privacy Central.

If you are an authorized agent acting on behalf of someone else you can submit your requests by clicking on the continue button.

You can submit a request to opt out of the sale of personal information, use, and sharing of personal information for targeted advertising by visiting  Your Privacy Choices page.

Call us toll free at 1-(877) 799-1999 and press 1 for instructions on how to place a privacy request. Make sure you have your account's security PIN.
