If you have set your phone to privatize or hide your phone number from caller ID, you will not be able to make international calls. This feature is available in some phones and is not compatible with our international calling service. Please disable this feature in your settings and try again.
If you have this feature disabled, or your phone does not have it, and you still cannot make international calls, then your international calling access may be blocked. Please call our Customer Care Center at 1-877-878-7908 so that a representative can assist you.
Make sure the unlocked phone you are using is a "true" GSM phone. Some CDMA carriers sell "Worldphones" that will work on GSM networks outside the US, but not within the US. If you are using an unlocked "Worldphone" you may find your calls being diverted to those carriers' message center.
Sometimes when you move your number to SIMPLE Mobile, outgoing call service will be activated before incoming call service or vice versa. Typically this problem is resolved automatically within 48 hours. If this problem persists for more than 48 hours, please contact Customer Support at 877.878.7908.
Make sure you are currently on a plan that offers 3-way calling. This feature is offered on our $50 unlimited nationwide Talk, international text, and Data at 4G speeds Plan. If you have already selected this plan for your next month, the 3-way calling feature will be active at the start of your next billing cycle.
