If you're data has abruptly stopped working, you may need to ReUp your account. Visit My Account. If your data has never worked, you'll just need to program your device by clicking here.

Sometimes the phone has to re-register with the network if you have paid your account after a suspension. If your Internet is not working after you've paid your bill you will need to restart your device in order for it to re-register to the network.
